Warranty and Policies


If your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions due to a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it (if still manufactured) free for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. Replacement of plastic lenses purchased with scratch resistant coating is limited to once in a 12 month period. Crizal Anti-reflective coatings are warranted for 24 months from the date of the purchase. Lens replacement must be original prescription.

Varilux Warranty

These lenses offer a presbyopic patient all of the convenience of a bifocal with no line and the ability to see at intermediate range. This lens has a very high satisfaction rate, but there are some that have difficulties adjusting to them. Varilux offers a 60 day non-adapt policy. This allows a first time wearer 60 days to adapt, if after that time you cannot adjust to them we will order another set of lenses for you (bifocal, single vision) at no additional charge. We do recommend that you see us well before the 60 days to ensure that there are no other factors hindering your enjoyment of these lenses.

Recheck Policy

If you have any questions or concerns about your glasses then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We ask that you get in touch with us within 30 days of your prescription so that we can ensure that your glasses are correct. Any concerns you have about your vision that arise after 30 days, please bring in your medical insurance card so that we can rule out any other concerns that could be causing the change.
